Pickup is arranged by the Dexpell courier team. Your shipment is collected from your address and transferred to our Istanbul warehouse.
Warehouse Check & Repacking
At our Istanbul warehouse, final weight and dimensions are confirmed. If required, we can also provide repacking service for your shipment before dispatch.
Final Invoice & Payment — Dexpell Logistics Inc.
Once your shipment reaches our Istanbul warehouse and the final weight and dimensions are confirmed, your final invoice is issued by Dexpell Logistics Inc.
You can pay your invoice by credit card through PayCargo, or by bank transfer / ACH.
Final charges are based on the shipment's confirmed warehouse weight and dimensions.

Courier service eligibility depends on shipment weight, dimensions, declared value and destination-country customs requirements.
Up to 70 kg — Single-Piece Eco & Express
Single-piece shipments up to 70 kg can be evaluated for Eco and Express courier services.
70–600 kg — Express Pallet Service
Shipments between 70 kg and 600 kg can be handled under the Express palletized service, subject to operational eligibility.
Maximum Size Formula
The shipment must remain within the following dimensional rule:
Maximum Single-Side Length
No single side of the shipment may exceed 300 cm.
Micro-Export Value Limit
This courier flow is intended for shipments within the €30,000 micro-export value limit.
USA Shipments Above $800
For shipments with a declared value above $800, U.S. customs may require the recipient/importer tax number or other importer information. The export may depart from Turkey, but delivery in the USA can be delayed if the required consignee/importer information is missing.
Customs and courier rules can vary by shipment, product type and current regulations. Final eligibility is confirmed during the Dexpell.ai / operations review before dispatch.

If your shipment requires additional customs clearance in the United States, Dexpell USA can provide customs brokerage / clearance support as an additional service.
