DEXPELL LOJİSTİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ — PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

This privacy notice has been prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), taking into account the legislative changes in force as of 1 August 2026. It explains through which channels your personal data is collected, for which purposes it is processed, to whom it is transferred, and your rights. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

c) Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
- Responding to requests and quotes, contract processes — quote, service request, insurance, onboarding and review forms; based on the processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
- Evaluating job applications — career form; legitimate interest of the data controller and your request within your application (Art. 5/2-f).
- Managing suggestions and complaints, improving service quality — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Fulfilling legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and processing expressly provided for by law (Art. 5/2-a).
- Sending commercial electronic messages — only if you tick the separate, optional consent box on our forms; based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Measuring site usage with analytics cookies — based on the explicit consent you give via the cookie notice (Art. 5/1); see the Cookie Policy for details.
d) How Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp communication, the customer portal, and cookies and similar technologies, by partly or fully automated means.
e) Transfer of Personal Data and Transfers Abroad
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent required by the service, with our business partners, suppliers and legally authorized public institutions in accordance with Article 8 of the Law. The service providers (data processors) we use to operate our website, some of which are located abroad, are listed below; such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the Law:

f) Retention Periods
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the limitation/retention periods provided in applicable legislation, after which it is erased, destroyed or anonymized. Commercial communication records and contract-related data are kept for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; job application (CV) data for a reasonable period needed to evaluate the application; and cookie consent records for as long as necessary to evidence the consent.
g) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
- To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
h) How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights above, together with documents verifying your identity and in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, through the following channels:

Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
